This Privacy Policy explains how Klooset (“we”, “us”), operated by Nut Chukamphaeng, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the Klooset mobile app. We comply with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). By using Klooset you agree to this policy.
1Who we are
The data controller is Nut Chukamphaeng (the “Klooset” team). For any privacy request, contact [email protected].
2Data we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile photo, via our authentication provider.
- Wardrobe photos & images — photos you take or upload of your clothing, and AI-generated images of your garments and outfits.
- Try-on photos (optional) — if you use virtual try-on, photos of yourself you choose to provide.
- Body measurements (optional) — measurements you enter to improve fit and styling.
- Style preferences & activity — closets, outfits, saved items, items you mark as worn, follows, posts, and shopping interactions.
- Optional context — approximate location and calendar access, each used only if you grant permission. Location is used on your device to fetch local weather (via Apple WeatherKit); we receive only the resulting weather summary, not your coordinates. From your calendar, the titles and times of the day’s events are included in the Morning Brief request to our AI provider so it can tailor outfit suggestions.
3How we use your data
- To provide the core service: scanning, tagging, styling, try-on, feed, and shopping.
- To personalize recommendations from your own wardrobe.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the app, and to understand and manage our costs.
- To communicate with you about the service and respond to support requests.
4Legal basis (PDPA)
We rely on: your consent (e.g., camera, photos, location, calendar, and processing of sensitive data such as body images/measurements); performance of a contract (providing the app you signed up for); and our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, and product improvement), balanced against your rights. You may withdraw consent at any time (Section 8).
5AI processing
To extract garments, generate canonical images, create outfits, and power the stylist, your photos and text — including the weather summary and any calendar-derived schedule notes used for the Morning Brief — are sent to and processed by Google’s Gemini API. Google processes this data as our service provider to return results to you. We do not permit it to be used to train third-party models for unrelated purposes.
6Sharing & service providers
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for cross-app advertising. We share data only with providers that help us run Klooset, under contract:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and secure storage of your photos and data.
- Google — Google Sign-In and Gemini AI processing.
- Fly.io — hosting our backend API.
- Apple — app distribution, TestFlight beta testing, and WeatherKit (local weather from your approximate location).
We may also disclose data if required by law.
7International transfers
Some providers process data on servers outside Thailand. Where we transfer your data internationally, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with the PDPA.
8Your rights
Under the PDPA you may: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). To exercise any right, email [email protected]. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at that address and we will process your request.
9Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.
10Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and per-user data isolation. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
11No tracking & advertising
Klooset does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and does not show third-party ads. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
12Children
Klooset is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Where required by Thai law, users under 20 may need parental or guardian consent; if you believe a child has provided data without proper consent, contact us and we will delete it.
13Changes
We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app.

4ฐานทางกฎหมาย (PDPA)

5การประมวลผลด้วย AI

- Supabase — ยืนยันตัวตน ฐานข้อมูล และจัดเก็บรูปและข้อมูลอย่างปลอดภัย
- Google — Google Sign-In และการประมวลผล AI ด้วย Gemini

7การโอนข้อมูลระหว่างประเทศ
ผู้ให้บริการบางรายประมวลผลข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย เมื่อมีการโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ เราจะดำเนินมาตรการให้มีการคุ้มครองที่เพียงพอตาม PDPA
8สิทธิของคุณ
ภายใต้ PDPA คุณมีสิทธิ: เข้าถึงข้อมูล แก้ไข ลบ จำกัดหรือคัดค้านการประมวลผล ถอนความยินยอม ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล และร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPC) ใช้สิทธิได้ที่ [email protected] หากต้องการลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมด โปรดอีเมลถึงเราตามที่อยู่ดังกล่าว แล้วเราจะดำเนินการให้
9ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล
เราเก็บข้อมูลตราบที่บัญชียังใช้งาน เมื่อคุณลบบัญชี เราจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลเป็นนิรนามภายในระยะเวลาอันสมควร เว้นแต่ต้องเก็บบางส่วนตามกฎหมาย
10ความปลอดภัย

11ไม่มีการติดตามและโฆษณา
Klooset ไม่ ติดตามคุณข้ามแอปหรือเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทอื่น ไม่ ใช้ตัวระบุเพื่อการโฆษณา (IDFA) และ ไม่ แสดงโฆษณาบุคคลที่สาม เราไม่ใช้ SDK โฆษณาหรือวิเคราะห์การใช้งานของบุคคลที่สาม
12ผู้เยาว์
Klooset เหมาะสำหรับผู้ใช้อายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปีโดยเจตนา หากกฎหมายไทยกำหนด ผู้ใช้อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีอาจต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง หากพบว่ามีเด็กให้ข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอม โปรดติดต่อเราเพื่อลบ
13การเปลี่ยนแปลง
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้ โดยจะแก้วันที่ “ปรับปรุงล่าสุด” และแจ้งในแอปหากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ
